Our Philosophy
Vegan is not just a trend, we feel like it can easily and should be integrated into the Austrian culinary tradition in an outstanding way. We want to contribute to the future in a responsible and innovative way, without disregarding our roots.
Liver dumpling soup and roast on Sunday? We´d like to show you how this pleasure is also possible in a modern way. In order to live up to our high standards of taste and quality, we also like to work with new, innovative food producers and integrate their products into our dishes.
Sustainability is an important factor for us. We source the majority of our products from regional partners. In addition, we offer environmentally friendly reusable tableware for take-away orders.
Our journey has only just begun. Establishing traditional Viennese cuisine in vegan quality in the world is our ambitious goal.
